Very nice!

The Teamson Home Dawson Over the Toilet storage with Grey finish is super pretty!! It's got such a nice modern touch to it with the Grey finish. It is super pretty and definitely a great piece for your small bathroom with no storage. I absolutely love this piece. It accentuates my bathroom so well. It gives me the extra storage I needed for my towels since my bathroom has no storage closet or storage period. The over the toilet storage piece is made very well, great quality. It wasn't hard to put together either. I absolutely love it.

Over and Beyond my expectations!

Just finished assembling this really elegant over the potty storage cabinet by Teamsom Home Dawson. The color is so spa like. This storage cabinet is large and holds all of my toiletries so neatly. It created such a fresh spa-like appearance in my small potty area of my bath. It's very simple to assemble with easy instructions. All you need is a screwdriver. Looks perfect in my bath. Feels so fresh!

Extra Storage & Extra Style

Overall, I like the Teamson Home Dawson Over the Toilet Storage unit. The piece has a medium grey finish that's really trendy and the windows in the top add an extra touch of style that I really like. The smooth finish of the cabinet seems easy enough to clean and I don't think that dust or anything else will be a major issue because of the finish. There are two adjustable shelves inside the cabinet and one stationary shelf outside. The unit comes flat packed, so you assemble it yourself at home. I'm not entirely sure who chose the knobs for this piece, but thankfully they're pretty standard in size and are easily replaced because they are hideous clear crystal numbers that just don't match the design at all. I plan on swapping them out with a plain brushed nickel knob. There were a few knicks and dings on the boards every here and there, but nothing too bad and nothing noticeable once the piece was built.

Overall, assembly took about 2 hours and I did need a little help from a second person to get the doors on. I do feel like the directions weren't super great, so here are a couple tips from someone that has been there:

1.) Look at the toilet you plan to put this over. Is it a raised toilet? This won't work. Now look at how far the toilet is from the wall. If you don't have 1-2 inches of clearance, you'll need to assemble this around the toilet. Looking at the toilet before you begin will save you from having to disassemble and reassemble anything.

2.) You basically assemble this in two parts: The upper cabinet and then the base. Assembling the upper cabinet is straightforward enough and the instructions are fine, but the instructions for the base of the unit are pretty bad. First, you'll want to make sure the cam locks are facing the back of the legs when you put the piece together (so you wont' be able to see them when it's in place) -- this isn't clear in the instructions. Also, start with the upper support board in the front before putting on the one in the back, otherwise you won't be able to get your screwdriver in there to turn the cam lock.

3.) Unless you have a very tall, very strong helper, put the base in place behind the toilet before you attach the cabinet -- the instructions skip this step. This makes it a little tricky to install the cabinet because you need to secure it with screws from the bottom, but if you take the lid off the toilet tank and use a magnetic screwdriver, this can be achieved.

4.) Get a different anchor kit to secure this to the wall. It comes with drywall anchors and screws, but they're super short and if you have baseboard (like 99% of us do) the cabinet will be too far from the wall to secure with the tiny screws. You can find furniture anchoring kits anywhere and I highly recommend one of those instead -- but heads up that you'll need SOMETHING because this cabinet/organizer is top heavy and it will not be stable unless anchored.

Overall, it's a really nice piece and it adds some much-needed storage to our pool tiny pool bath. I like the color, I like how easy it seems to clean and I love that the shelves are adjustable. This is much nicer than a lot of these over the the toilet storage units and could easily match a lot of decor styles.
