RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Teamson has a 30-day return policy for product returns after the date of purchase by the original owner. Final sale items and those purchased secondhand or from an unauthorized marketplace are not covered. Please contact the Global Customer Service team for additional information. Teamson products purchased from a third-party retail partner are subject to that partner’s return and exchanges policies. If you received a defective item and it is outside the retail partner's return and/or exchange window, but you are still within the 30-day warranty period of original purchase, please reach out to the Global Customer Service team support@teamson.com. Select conditions may apply.
