Great news! Our retail partners are fantastic to work with. If you ordered a Teamson item from a retailer and it came damaged or defective, missing a part, or with any other issues, please reach out to the retailer directly and they will handle it (most of the time, they cover shipping and might even offer free pick-up!). However, if you received a defective item, and it happens to be outside of a retailer’s return window and are within our warranty period, please reach out to so we can try to assist you.* Select conditions may apply.
