Our headquarters are in Bay Shore, NY but we also have several warehouses across the US.

We do not match the prices advertised by other retailers or websites. Promotional or sale pricing is only valid during specified dates, and offers cannot be applied to past purchases.

First, check your email’s Spam folder to see if your email was marked as Spam. If it was, then approve Teamson as a sender. If the order confirmation email was not in your Spam folder, go to your Account dashboard and click on My Orders to see if your order appears there. If it does, then your order was submitted successfully. If you still have not received the order confirmation email and your order does not appear in your Account, please contact us via email at support@teamson.com, so we can look into this for you right away.

Only one promotional code can be used at a time. Unfortunately, promotional codes cannot be used during sales or on top of an already marked down price.

Please contact us via email at support@teamson.com. We will be happy to assist you. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been placed, our system processes all orders immediately. Items may be returned within 30 days per the terms of our Return Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for all charges associated with the return of goods back to Teamson.

Great news! Our retail partners are fantastic to work with. If you ordered a Teamson item from a retailer and it came damaged or defective, missing a part, or with any other issues, please reach out to the retailer directly and they will handle it (most of the time, they cover shipping and might even offer free pick-up!). However, if you received a defective item, and it happens to be outside of a retailer’s return window and are within our warranty period, please reach out to support@teamson.com so we can try to assist you.* Select conditions may apply.

Shipping

It takes about 1-2 business days for processing and an estimated 5-10 days* for delivery within the United States.

*Inclement weather and other disruptions may delay this timeframe. We strive to get customers their order as quickly and safely as possible.

We only ship within the contiguous United States excluding PO boxes and APO addresses. If you would like to purchase from outside of the United States, please contact our customer service team.

We are a global company! Although here at teamson.com, we only ship within the U.S., you can shop our Europe selection here. Be sure to sign up for email notifications to be notified once we launch in more countries!

We offer a flat rate shipping rate of $5.99 for all orders.

About our Products & Warranty

Yes! We use medium-density fibreboard (MDF) which is made up of recycled wood shavings. This both reduces waste and also means a higher percentage of trees harvested are used to create valuable products, putting less strain on our forests and creating sustainable construction practices for years to come.

Yes! Safety is a top priority here at Teamson, and we go to great lengths to keep our products free of toxic chemicals. To that end, our paints and finishes are water-based and lead-free-making them safe for your whole family.

We build our furniture and play items with years of future play in mind, to ensure a long lifespan for your piece, follow the care instructions that are included in your assembly instructions or contact us at support@teamson.com.


Our toys and children’s furniture from Teamson Kids, Fantasy Fields and Olivia Little World are perfect for age 3 & up. If a product is suitable for a younger age the product details section will include that information.

At Teamson, we promise to stay committed to manufacturing products of the highest quality and craftsmanship. For our children's furniture, we use non-toxic paint. Of course, we test all of our new products, but we also check our existing assortment annually to make sure they continue to live up to our safety and quality standards.

Most of our pieces do require assembly but fear not, they come with clear instructions. We even created 3D assembly guides for most items!

We want to ensure your piece came safe and sound! Contact support@teamson.com as soon as you notice any issue with your teamson.com order and we will work to make it right.

We sure do! At Teamson, we stand by our quality and craftsmanship. Our products come with a 30-day warranty that covers manufacturing defects that functionally impair the look or use of your product. Be sure to register your product here to extend this to 60 days!


Please note the warranty only applies to products purchased directly from teamson.com or directly from one of our retail partners, within 30 days of purchase (or 60 days for a registered product), and will only be honored for the individual who made the purchase. If your Teamson item was purchased secondhand or from a marketplace, it will not be covered by the limited warranty.
