Only received the top piece. I did reach out to customer support by email and I was told both were delivered. I only received just the one and now I can’t do anything with just the top piece.

I bought this lamp and it just looks so great. Its got that unique look which I love . Setup was really easy . Came in 2 separate boxes and packaging was good . The design is so good that it diffuses the light instead of the light glaring directly onto ones face . Extremely happy with the purchase .
