labeling the front of unassembled side pieces and providing more starter holes on the back panel would have been more helpful. the joint connection hardware is not stable. the instructions were understandable after the sides were determined. the finished product is beautifully simplistic.
We actually ordered this, then changed our minds. Contacted customer service by email (which they replied in a couple hours) and had return label and sent back same day. Their customer service is WONDERFUL. The best I have ever dealt with. The return and refund was just as easy and fast. I would highly recommend this company and we will definitely use them again!
