DELIVERY:
All products are handmade and hand painted to order. Please allow approximately
3 & 4 weeks for delivery.
SHIPPING:
All orders shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested.
DROP SHIPMENTS:
All drop shipments are subject to a fee of 10% in addition to our freight charge.
GUARANTEE:
We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and satisfaction of our customers.
If you receive defective merchandise, please notify us for a Return Authorization
and PRP tag within 14 days that you recieve it. Returned merchandise may be
replaced, exchanged or credited. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
Please keep in mind, our products are hand made and hand painted. There may
be slight imperfections and variations in color.
